Deliveries and returns
After order confirmation, our company undertakes to deliver to its transport company all references ordered by the buyer. The transport company undertakes by contract with our company to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by our company.
In addition, for deliveries outside Guadeloupe and Martinique (DOM), the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under laws of the country in which the order is received. All orders placed with our company are intended for the personal use of customers, customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products. Our company is in fact released from all legal responsibilities if the payment of taxes is not made by the customer. Delivery will be made by La Poste in Colissimo Suivi or DHL followed at your choice. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
